easy claim, no max, no questions, and quick reimbursement
Healthy Paws asked for my pet’s history once and from then on, they reviewed my emergency vet bill claims within 1-6 days. It was easy to use their website or app on the phone or computer to submit bills and medical records. The state of the claim was clear, about how many days it takes and where in the process it is. I was so happy that no questions were asked since I had submitted all the docs, and whenever the claim was approved, the money was already in my checking account the next morning through direct deposit! What a relief with the giant emergency vet bills I had, knowing that I could take care of my pet with Healthy Paws’ reimbursement and ease of use.
The only thing that could be improved is if there is wellness (not covered) and other items that are covered, it would be nice to itemize which parts are not covered instead of a generic statement that wellness is not covered.
I am very happy with Healthy Paws and their no max annual or lifetime coverage. It has been worth every penny to have the assurance that my pet is covered.
