Healthy Paws sent emails confirming receipt of my claims and informing me of when the checks would be processed. I received the reimbursement checks within 2 weeks of submitting the claims, and then I received a very caring email asking how my dog was doing.
During such a stressful time, it was helpful to know the financial aspect was being taken care of just like Healthy Paws said they were going to do. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical thinking the process wouldn't go smoothly just because you never know in these situations, but the process went very smoothly and efficiently.
This company has a healthy balance of professionalism and kindness. They will have my business as long as I am a pet owner. They provide peace of mind, and they follow through with what they say they will do.
