We are thankful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. We have had our dogs insured for 3 years now; from oncologists, dermatologists, other specialty doctors including all medications, diagnostics to name just a few, the Healthy Paws Team has been there for our furry babies every step of the way. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and please continue the awesome work that you do!!

Healthy Paws made getting my dog Allie the best care that was possible, when she started having seizures, without having to worry about the cost. It makes my life easier knowing that she is covered from head to toe. Thank you Healthy Paws for all you have done and will do in the future. Allie thanks you as well!!!!!!Pros- -they are very friendly and understanding when you call and talk to them -We got our reimbursement check back to us in a timely manner and this was her first claim which was really impressive. -Most of all the legitimately care for your animal. Which means a lot!!! i would rate them higher then a 10 but it doesn't go any higher.

There are many choices in pet health insurance carriers. After researching coverages, exclusions, and reviews of many carriers I chose Healthy Paws. I have 3 dogs on their plan and have been very happy with the coverage and claims processing over the past 2 years. When my puppy broke her leg they paid the claims for her emergency care and the orthopedic surgery repair quickly and to the level of coverage I expected. I recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends.

My puppy was stung by a wasp and within a half hour, her eyes were so swollen she could not see and was having difficulty breathing. I immediately rushed her to the vet. She was in anaphylactic shock. They kept her for the day in the hospital under close observation, giving her fluids. After she was discharged, I submitted a claim to Healthy Paws and by the end of the week, I received a reimbursement check. They even sent me a personal follow up email to see how she was doing and wishing her well. I researched many different pet insurance companies; I am glad I chose the best: Great customer service, personal attention, and fast response. This company is awesome, and exceeds my greatest expectations. I am happy my puppy is covered by such an excellent healthcare plan.

My poor puppy was diagnosed with heart worms at her 1 year check up. I was so heartbroken. The treatment is brutal and it's several months of it. So with the treatments, medicine, and hospitalization the cost is expensive. I submitted my claims and it was my first time doing it. It took about a week or so for them to process the claim, which in my opinion isn't bad. I already got my check back! My puppy still has a ways to go with her treatment, but I know now that I can count on healthy paws to be there when I need them. Would def recommend to others.
