Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I recommend healthy paws to any dog owner. We have four dogs and have had them all insured since they were rescued. Healthy paws is completely transparent. If they say they cover it, they do. It is so refreshing to get what you pay for!! They have exceeded our expectations. It's easy to file claims, they are super fast to respond and the checks are issued just as fast. Sometimes we expect got them to omit coverage or simply tell us "your meds are no longer covered." NOPE. They keep providing the same great coverage. Even when the wounds are self inflicted (like from a recent dog fight). They covered, exactly as they said they would. We recommend healthy paws to everyone.

My doggie ate a crocheted sock which made her vomit and become lethargic and unwilling to eat or drink. We decided to take her to the vet because she was not returning to normal. After completing the treatments at the vet I submitted my claim by taking a pic of the receipt. I received a response the same day detailing what would be covered. The process was fast easy and I even received a very thoughtful email following up on my pets health.

Healthy paws was the choice I went with after much research. They're friendly to work with and answered all my questions with ease. My pup had a CCL injury and needed surgery asap. I am a student with no real income and had to pay out front for the surgery with credit cards. Healthy Paws had my claim completed within DAYS of filing. I cant put into words how easy this process was. I tell all my pet having friends that pet insurance is a necessity and Healthy Paws is the way to go.

I am so thankful to have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for our young Golden Retriever, who at 11 months was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and required surgery. Healthy Paws paid our claim for the elbow surgery without any problems. I do not know how we would have been able to afford the over $6000 surgery without Healthy Paws insurance. Not only did they cover this condition (which most companies will not, because some consider it a genetic condition), but they make the claims process incredibly easy.
