Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My dog (Kookie) had been on medication approximately one year due to problems with her left leg. As time passed there was no improvement; therefore her leg had to be amputated. Healthy Paws has covered 90% of all my expenses, which I received in a few days after submitting my claim. Also, they sent me an email checking on my dog 's progress after her operation. Healthy Paws ....you are the greatest!

We have two black labs, and both are insured under healthy paws. We have been so pleased with their customer service and quick return on claims. They always call and check on our dogs after vet visits. I recommend them to every one of our friends with pets!

Healthy Paws has been the best investment in our pet’s health we've made! Our sweet 2 year old lab-pit mix rescue has terrible skin allergies and has needed several medications and tests, all of which have been covered no problem. Maintenance health issues have been made more affordable through Healthy Paws, but the real wow factor came when our dog ate several non-edible products and had to have extensive stomach and intestinal surgery, which would have cost us several thousand dollars. Healthy Paws not only covered almost all of it, but they were available Saturday evening to discuss claims and followed up with us via email to make sure our pup was healing well. We'll never have another pet and not use Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws responded to our claims immediately and made the whole process seamless during our puppy's difficult time. Their app works perfectly and made submitting our claim easy and fast. They communicate to let you know the status of the claim and the processing time was minimal. Healthy Paws is a great company.

My poor dog has had multiple visits to the vet/surgeon in her short life thus far. Healthypaws has been there every step of the way. You just take a photo of the bill with their app and you'll have re-reimbursement the following week. Not only that but a representative personally checked in to see how she was doing.
