Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws was the best decision I ever made. My 5 month old puppy was hit by a car while on leash and needed emergency surgery on his leg that was ranging at $5,000. My HP insurance went into effect two weeks prior and they were unbelievably quick and attentive to help make this awful process go as smoothly as possible. They even went above and beyond to work out with the animal hospital a way to direct pay them so I would not have to front all the money. I cannot express enough gratitude for Healthy Paws. It was rated the #1 pet insurance when I was scouring the internet and now I see why - they truly care about you and your pet. Thank you Healthy Paws!!!!

I considered pet insurance for a while but couldn't make up my end to sign up for a long time. I finally convinced myself to sign up for just one year, to see how I feel about it. I am so glad I did!!! Not too long after signing up my dog starting limping badly after playtime with another dog. It turned out she tore her ligaments in her knee and needed surgery that I wouldn't have been able to afford without my pet insurance. Healthy Paws covered 80% of the costs, without any problems.
