Our dog Ladoo tore the ligaments in his knee and just had TPLO surgery done . Healty Paws insurance is fantastic our claim of $4100.00 was approved in less then 24 hours and check issued , any time we had to call their coustomer service the folks are kind and pride themselves in helping concerned pet owners like me, so folks out there looking to buy pet insurance your search should end here , I have never ever had any company in any field do better job then Healty Paws in taking care of there coustomer . We looked into the various pet insurances and found this one to be the perfect one for us. This is the first time we bough pet health insurance and are so appreciative of the quickness in response. Our previous dog had osteosarcoma who lived 5 more years after that. Needless to say out of pocket expenses for chemotherapy amounted to more than $20,000. We did not have health insurance, just glad our daughters finished college!. So we were ready to adopt a new puppy, pet insurance was on our mind. Lucy is now three but we certainly did not think we'd need to use our insurance since she was still so young. There are no words to describe what an amazing company this is. When our pug needed emergency life saving surgery, I only had to worry about getting her well, not how we were going to pay for it. I only signed up a couple months ago and already have had to file a claim after my cat ingested a toxic amount of vitamins. She recovered well and Healthy Paws was so quick to turn the claim around.
