Absolutely the Best

My dog ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and had Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery. When I called healthy paws to discuss the procedure that was recommended by my vet, they answered every question and concern that I had and with no hesitation told me absolutely that is covered. After his surgery I received emails that were so sincere, asking me how my dogs recovery is coming along. They have gone above and beyond my expectations! I will always have Healthy Paws for my pets..

You cannot wish for a better pet insurance company

Our 1 1/2 old mini dachshund Kate had a nasty MRSA outbreak which put her in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. She was on IV and a lot of meds. We almost lost her and it was a heart breaking experience I would not wish on anybody.HealtyPaws was with us through this ordeal all the way, reimbursing hefty medical bills and following up with the hospital staff on the records and documentation. You cannot wish for a better pet insurance company. Compassionate and super helpful. Kate and us will be grateful to you for the rest of our lives. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Best Decision We've Made

Healthy paws has been amazing for our dog over the past two years. We got it immediately upon bringing our standard bernedoodle home at 8 week in June of 2014. We have made three claims for Finn over the years. All three (though they varied in amount and type) were paid within just a couple of days, and were a breeze to submit. Our dog is repeat sock eating offender, and when he had to have surgery to remove one, Healthy Paws paid our claim quickly and saved us from having thousands in credit card debt. They even reached out personally to see how Finn was doing, and make sure he was okay. The personal service is spectacular, and their coverage options are great. We're actually bringing home a new puppy next week, and will have Healthy Paws covering him from day one. While the monthly fee may not be something that is fun to pay, having the comfort that when we need them most, they will be there is worth every penny. I recommend them to all of our friends and family, and there won't be a day that goes by that our pups aren't protected by Healthy Paws.

A+!

I could not be happier with Healthy Paws. Both our young cat and dog are currently covered. Our dog Rufus has had to have foreign body surgery TWICE. Unfortunately, he has a penchant for eating small rubber objects (all rubber toys have since been removed from my house, I promise!). He also has allergies and sees a veterinary dermatologist regularly. ALL of this has been covered with our Healthy Paws insurance. I have been in contact with HP by phone, email and by filing claims through the phone app. Everything has been super easy and claim checks come back quickly - I received the check for the last surgery before Rufus' staples were even out. I own a dog day care and training facility in Seattle and recommend (OK, even push) my clients to get this insurance. It has saved our family!

Healthy Paws there when you need it!

My dogs are my 4 legged kids and I love them fiercely. I do however have a track record of having very expensive babies :) My Clumber needed hip replacements, my Saint had shoulder issues, and the list goes on and on. Last year after spending to many thousands on vet bills I decided yes pet insurance would be worth the monthly premiums on all future babies. So when I adopted Lenny I did my homework and decided on Healthy Paws. I read customer reviews and professional reviews and researched their site. I felt Healthy Paws offered the best value for the premium. I was right! After an initial vet exam when I adopted him I was told he looks to be in good health. Yah!!! However about 9 months later I noticed he was lifting his leg to pee a lot of our walks but nothing much coming out. I also noticed he did not have the same energy he used to and was clingier than usual. Taking him to the vet he was diagnosed with bladder stones and the kind that have to be operated on. So in he goes for surgery. Thankfully the surgery went great and they removed stone and after a week of wearing a donut collar the stitches came out and he's back to normal. Enjoying his daily walks & snoozing on the couch.I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws online and after my vet faxed over records I had a check within a couple days. What a help! They then went above and beyond and contacted me to check on Lenny. This made me feel like my pup and I mattered and weren't just a file to them. THANK YOU!!! I have to say that working with Healthy Paws has been wonderful and I am thankful for your their help with the process. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners.
