Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

This is a great company. They have paid out over $9000 for two major surgeries. Our lab likes swallowing things whole! Like advertised they paid everything that was in agreement. If your a pet owner you must get insurance. Our baby would not be here after the first surgery without it. It's well worth the cost. This last claim taking a little longer to process as they are behind due to a large number of claims. Just waiting on check.

Healthy Paws made it possible for me to get the care and surgery my boy needed without worrying about going into major debt. Yes, you have to pay upfront, but the reimbursement made it possible to put his surgery on my credit cards and then be able to pay them off,,,for the most part! Highly recommend this company for your pet insurance needs.

My Frenchie Piper was suffering from ear infections since we got her as a rescue. Now after 3 years the specialist found out she had a mass ( tumor) As a result she needed a CT scan and a surgery. The result was a $3600 bill. I talked to Healthy Paws and they were AMAZING. Within a week I had a check for the 80% Healthy Paws pays. And keep in mind, they already paid a lot for all the treatments over the last 3 years. Thank you Healthy Paws 💋

Professional, friendly and quick response to claims. Healthy Paws allowed my pet to obtain best medical care I could not have cared for my pet without Healthy Paws. When she got sick with Lyme disease, they allowed me to seek, the best medical care I could have possibly wanted. Their response to each claim was done in a timely matter. I couldn't have asked for a more comprehensive program. They rocked, pulled my dog through, mountains of bills, were personable and caring. Thank you Healthy Paws for allowing me to give my girl the very best.

I have been with Healthy Paws for 4 years now. I would like everyone to know that Healthy Paws does EXACTLY what they tell you they will do. They have NEVER wavered, given me any grief, tried to wiggle out of any coverage, since I first signed up with them. I have two dogs that developed lifetime, life-threatening illness after they were already covered by Healthy Paws. This company not only covered the initial expenses related to these illness, (and they were VERY expensive), but they have also covered the continuing monthly expenses for EACH dog as well. Never have they deserted us in our time of need, or made it difficult for me to file a claim and receive payment. Without them standing by their policy it would be monumentally difficult to continue the medical treatments these dogs need as they are EXTREMELY expensive. I thank them everyday and can not say enough good things about them!!! Anyone who covers their dogs with this company can rest easy knowing if their dog or cat should become ill, even with an ongoing, lifetime illness, Healthy Paws will be there for them!!
