I love Healthy Paws!

My beloved pup has some very challenging, ongoing health issues, and Healthy Paws has enabled me to give him the level of care he needs, which includes multiple daily medications and regular visits to the vet. On this journey, Healthy Paws has been more than an insurance company. This is a team of people that truly care about the animals and people they serve. They are prompt, responsive and compassionate, they offer fantastic coverage, and their app and website make submitting claims incredibly easy. I can't say enough about this company!

So recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent!!!

I have a 9 year old Havanese, Shu Shu Fontana, who is my heart and soul. For quite a few years now I have insured her with Healthy Paws, and I'm ever so grateful I did. A few years back she was diagnosed with lymphangiectasia, which required some emergency interventions, along with ongoing acupuncture and medication. What a relief to know she would be covered by Healthy Paws policy! While sorting out how to get her well I didn't have to worry about financial stress for these expensive interventions. Additionally Healthy Paws customer service folks are the absolute best! They are caring and competent and don't add to my worry. I wish we had a human version of Healthy Paws insurance! Not only is Shu Shu covered with a Healthy Paws policy I also insure her two healthy Havanese sisters for a very reasonable price for the coverage offered.

Great Service

Healthy Paws has always provided fast turnaround and detailed explanations for our dogs medical claims. Easy to use claim submission website and acknowledgement of claim processing. Wish Human insurance was so transparent and customer oriented.

I am disgusted with the manner is which they review claims with the clear mission of not paying My dog had been vomiting and having diarrhea for a week, went to the vet for an exam and had x ray, blood work and a fecal Because we happened to also order more heart worm meds and gave her a bortdatella vaccine the ins co wrote it all off as a we’ll visit I am angry

Getting Healthy Paws pet insurance was one of the smartest things I ever did.

My dog, Lad, had an intestinal blockage. After the surgery to remove the blockage, the incision got infected. Twenty days and thousands of dollars later, he’s almost back to his old self. I got my Healthy Paws policy about two months ago. The company has been efficient, courteous, and easy to use. They’ve personally contacted me several times to check on Lad’s progress. I was concerned about how much this all cost, but with Healthy Paws insurance, I was able to worry a little bit less about that part of it.
