Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our rescue puppy, Emmett, swallowed a squeaker from a toy—classic puppy move—and required emergency GI surgery to remove the foreign body. The surgery and recovery were a success, and Emmett is back to playing with his toys. We give credit for this happy ending to ourselves as pet parents for getting him prompt medical attention; the hospital staff for their excellent care; and, last but not least, Healthy Paws for their excellent customer service. Filing the claim was very straight-forward and we liked getting regular follow-up emails on our claim status. We especially appreciated the supportive and caring notes of concern for Emmett from Healthy Paws. Our claim was processed quickly and we received the reimbursement check within one business week.
