Impressive First Time Use of Figo

First-time experience with pet insurance. I did extensive research on all the major players and FIgo was the the most comprehensive and cost-effective product of them all. Plus, really enjoy the Pet Cloud. In July I unfortunately had to file my first claim. The process was seamless and thoroughly explained by Figo's representative, Jennifer. She was absolutely the best. I never felt rushed and she took the time to explain the claims process in a manner that was easy to understand and never made me feel "less than" since this was my first experience with pet insurance. I even asked her if Figo could reach out to my vet. He has other insurance brochures in his office, but I feel Figo would be and is the better choice for anyone wishing to obtain pet insurance. Please pass on my sincere thanks and kudos to Jennifer for her outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Fast Claims and Excellent Service

We rescued a 6 year old pitull mix. We named him Rex. I thought he might be too old to be insured but I did it anyways just in case case an unexpected accident or illness would occur. I checked 3 companies and checked reviews and price and went with Figo. Glad I did. Rex swallowed a mango pit and my kids lego blocks. The bill was outrageous but I filed the claim with Figo and within 7 days the claim was processed. Glad I chose Figo.

Number1 pet insurance here....

I was introduced to Figo by my co-worker. I took a chance and signed up my lab Duke based on his recommendation. Best decision made. My lab had an ear infection after I signed up. Just in time. The key is to sign up before anything happens. The claims part was easy. I did everything from my phone. I'm set with Duke. Thanks Figoi

Figo sets the bar

Overall, I have been pleased with Figo, I filed my first claim a few weeks ago, and I could not believe how easy the process was. This is my 3rd dog, and my first time with Figo. Since I've tried to other pet insurance, I can compare and know Figo offfers more for the buck. I recommend only Figo to my friends and colleagues. Thanks Figo!

Above and Beyond the rest!!

I really mean that. What is really like about Figo is it's simplicity. The plans are simple and easy to follow. The claims process requires little effort and time. If I had a question, I would textt. I would get a reply in minutes. I told my vet how happy I was with Figo. I told my friend and she signed up her 4 cats and could not believe how affordable it was. Thanks Figooo!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
