I looked at 10 different pet insurance …

I looked at 10 different pet insurance companies and Figo has the best rates around. The coverage is fantastic better than my current company and half the price. You really can pick the plan that fits. It is straight forward anyone can understand. Make sure the company pays for the office exam if your pup gets sick or has an accident. They do! The website is simple and fast plus Brittany in customer service is awesome. Thanks I hope I never need to use it.

I'm new to Figo for our Goldendoodle

I'm new to Figo for our Goldendoodle, Bailey, to be insured, but their text messaging system is AMAZING! I needed to get info from them when I was at the vet today and Jennifer from Chicago answered me immediately! I needed to have Bailey's knees certified so we don't have a 6 month waiting period. She was SO very helpful! So far, I'm so pleased with their customer service. Hopefully if we ever have to make a claim, it goes just as smooth!

Exceeds Expectations x10!

Our experience with Figo Pet Insurance was simply perfection from start to finish. We submitted our claim on an iPhone, uploaded documents while still at the Vet's office, and within a week we were reimbursed for more than we expected. We had initial questions about our policy, and the customer service team has been consistently polite, knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about our sweet girl as much as we do! Figo just exceeds our expectations at every opportunity and we are very grateful! Thank you FIGO!

Figo is the best pet insurance out there!!

I purchased FIgo for my golden doodle about a year ago. I chose the ultimate plan. What I like about Figo is the simplicity of the plans, the coverage, the customer service follow up, and the pet cloud app. I filed a claim recently as my dog develop allergies. My bill was 650.00 because of the exam, diagnotistic testing, and medication. I could not believe how easy it was to file a claim. All I did was snap a picture, and within seconds the claim was sent to the claims department of FIgo. I really do not much thereafter. They called my vet, and within days I was notified the claim was processed via email, and a few days later a remimbursement check was in the mail.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
