Fine Print
First, I ran in to an issue when paying for the insurance. It wasn't until after I accepted the monthly terms that it showed me that I would be charged a monthly service fee. I called and spoke with customer service and got that resolved. Later, I got an email saying that they needed a health exam that was within 48 hours to waive the waiting periods. I called and asked about this and they said that there was a 2 week waiting period for medical issues, 5 days for emergencies and 6 months for knee problems. I didn't see any of that before I signed up.
