Figo has it all!!!

Figo has it all. The coverage is generous. The price is affordable. The app sets them apart. These are the reasons I like Figo, and tell my friends and family with pets to only consider Figo. I tried other pet insurance in the past, and the experience was not so great. With my new frenchie pup, I was recommened Figo, and it was the best decision ever. A few months ago, my pup Megatron had a respiratory infection that turned pneumonia. The bill was 1000. My deductibel was 200, and i chose 100 percent coverage. I received an 800 check in the mail. SO sweet.

FIGO has been a lifesaver

FIGO has been a lifesaver. Not only are the insurance reps very reachable via phone or email, but this policy for my tiny dog has paid for itself ten-fold. My little guy had complications after routine teeth surgery and spent 5 days in emergency vet care. I am happy to say FIGO was quick to process claims, and they covered ALL of my bills. What a relief! FIGO is worth it. The associates are very knowledgeable and caring. Jennifer Czech was really helpful for the last question I had. All of the staff are great. The app is really easy to use also, making it easy to see updated claims status. The checks also arrived in the mail immediately after the claim was approved. Thanks FIGO!

Fast response via text!!

All the Lovely Ladies that I have …

All the Lovely Ladies that I have spoken to during this process with Lottie's surgery have been wonderful. I especially loved talking with Brittany, she was so comforting to me during this time and told me that Lotties was going to be ok. I am so glad that Figo was recommended to me. Lovely experience. Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
