They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

Figo has been very dependable!

Our two and a half year old lab recently suffered a fibrocartilaginous embolism (FCE) and lost the use of her hind quarters. Two claims were submitted after initial diagnosis, treatment, and initial rehab the following Sunday afternoon. The claims were processed within 24 hours with the reimbursement being directly deposited into our checking account by Wednesday of the same week. It was great not worrying about the costs so that we could focus on our lab's treatment and recovery. Definitely recommend Figo.

Best decision

Amazing insurance. Best decision we could of made after we got our rescue. The customer service is great, which gives you the option to text and have an actual conversation. The claim processing time is also quick. We just put a claim in after taking our pup to the ER and they processed the claim within a few days You have the option to receive your reimbursement either via check or direct deposit, but either way you receive the money very quickly. These people are truly animal lovers and it is hands down the best decision you will ever make for you and your fur baby! I tell people about how we are being reimbursed 100% most of the time and they cant believe such an insurance exists. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get this insurance because it is the only one of its kind.

Incredibly fast, great customer service, very easy

Our cat had a 3,000 dollar surgery and we filed the claim and figo got back to us and approved the claim on the same day! Reimbursed us 100% and when we called their customer service line they were friendly and very helpful. We drained our savings for this surgery and Figo’s fast response has saved us!

Speedy claims processing

We left the emergency vet at 1am. Uploaded the claim at 8am. Had the Explanation of Benefits approving the claim a few hours later. You guys rock!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
