Not five stars but.....

I can't give really five stars because I only had one interaction with them but the interaction I had was a really good experience. If the rest of the company is like the person I talked to then they will be successful with lots of happy customers. She was awesome, helpful, non judgmental and she never gave me the impression that made her so something she didn't want to do. I hope I don't have to use this product but if this experience is anything to go by with I have no reservations.

We are so thankful for Figo!

We are so thankful for our Figo Pet Insurance. I did tons of research and found Figo to be the best fit of us and our new puppy. The customer service is incredible. The coverage is great. We had no idea we were adopting an accident prone puppy but thanks to Figo we are covered for the day to day things we can not prepare for. I can not say enough how glad we are that we found this company.

AMAZING Service!

AMAZING Service! We had a couple unexpected claims we had to put through Figo this year with our puppy and Figo has always been prompt when dealing with our claims. Sometimes they were able to have the claim processed within the SAME day and the refund back into my account within the week.Their customer service representatives both through email and on the phone were always very nice and helpful whenever I had questions. Figo has saved us a lot of money in unexpected veterinary costs with our pup, the policy pretty much paid for itself. I'm always recommending Figo to any of our family or friends that have a pet. Thank you Figo for your exceptional service!

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
