They’re the only pet insurance company to offer up to 100% reimbursement, so big vet bills won’t break the bank. Figo customers have exclusive access to the Figo Pet Cloud app, including features like a 24/7 Virtual Vet and easy mobile claim filing. No pet insurance company covers pre-existing conditions, but Figo is the only one who will help you identify those conditions at the start of your policy. If you don’t think you’ll get value out of pet insurance after your initial review, just cancel within 30 days of signing up to get your money back.

I have experienced no issues with Figo…

I have experienced no issues with Figo Pet Insurance. They are responsive and I love that all can be done right from your phone through their app. My only constructive feedback is their online website takes a long time to load/launch upon logging in and when accessing certain items such as claims documents. It seems to spin and spin and spin. This also sometimes happens on the app as well. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars.

Reliable and quick services during a difficult time. My companion Jax suddenly got sick, an aggressive form of intestinal cancer. Figo was reliable though this difficult time.

Terrific service

Figo has proven to be a good insurance provider. It’s not comprehensive insurance, but it covers accidents and illnesses that pop up with pets. I recently had a claim of nearly $5000 involving stomach surgery for my dog. I filed the claim in the morning, sent invoices and pictures of the stuff that was removed from her stomach. The claimed was closed that same afternoon and we received a check three days later. Fantastic!

They are amazing

I never believed in pet insurance until I found this company. I’ve only had Figo a short time but I knew my girl was getting older and it would be a good idea just Incase something happened. We thought she had neck and back pain but within a couple of months the unimaginable happened and our girl had bleeding in her brain and we had to put her down at 7yrs old. I love Figo for having my back with all the emergency bills I’ve had to deal with. I will FOREVER use Figo, when we adopt our next fur baby.

Monthly Cost

$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.

Age Limits

Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.

Waiting Period

1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)

Exclusions

Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences We now have a wellness option We have a diminishing deductible Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
