I'm reading all these reviews where customers are getting their claims back in up to 48 hours. Just recently I learned my cat Tessa may have cancer. I have submitted all prior medical records and two claims and it has been over a week. I'm losing money while waiting for them to get back to me. I may have to pay more, and I can't right now because I need the money I should be getting back promptly. Every time I call I explain the situation and I'm told it can take up to two weeks. Come on, my pet is sick. This is the whole reason I went with insurance so in case she did get sick I could get covered and money back to continue. At least show some compassion and let me know what is going on. It's over 7 days, you have all the information you need and my cat is getting more sick and the bills are rising.
