Figo | Pet Insurance Review

Figo hides all of the tiny printed details in their policy information. Essentially what it says, when I finally found it is that in the first 6 months of coverage,( in my case a 10 week old puppy) everything is an exclusion including anything orthopedic, gastrointestinal and skin related. That is basically EVERYTHING! If you make a single claim in the first 6 months, it is considered a pre-existing condition and therefore will NEVER be covered again in the pups life. This insurance is a SCAM. The policy was $104 and I paid for 9 months before I read the other reviews and realized how useless this insurance is. CANCEL NOW!!

I’ve had pet insurance on my last 2 dogs and FIGO is absolutely be the best user experience that I’ve had. There is no guesswork, and you’re guided through the claims process step by step. The coverage and options are the best that I’ve researched and I will use this company for all future pets.

They pay great and filing is so simple but rates have skyrocketed unfortunately.

Worts company ever, do you’re a favor and don’t use them, I have nationwide and lemonade for my other two pets and Figo is a complete scam and headache. Their claims ppl are rude and just repeat the same memorized BS , I was told my dog was insured after her wellness and vet records as a puppy, two years later she has an injury and they are wanting all new records since she has been insured. WHY??? She’s already insured… my vet has sent them and they keep saying they don’t have them and need more, even her adoption records and company i adopted her from? What the actual fXK? I didn’t get her from an adoption agency and she was declared healthy at 5 months when I hit her from a vet, now at 2.5 years of paying for her insurance and I need to file a claim and they are giving me the run around! Don’t get this insurance!!
