Canceled my account without contacting me. On thanksgiving night our dog had heavy blood from her rear end, rushed to Animal ER. To the point; After Maple’s final bill of $1000. Figo stated that our insurance had lapsed from a Citi Card Visa for no payment. We weren’t aware of the non payment “our fault”, and although Figo understood our situation they didn’t cover Maple’s medical bill, but was so nice to want to re-instate the previous policy and noted Maple’s new health situation would not be covered as it is now a reoccurring health problem. I learned that Figo and Company are only about saving money for the company and truly don’t care a hoot about the customer. Thanks for listening 😊
