Huge lack of communication
We pay yearly. On our Figo account and in our Figo pet cloud it clearly stated our yearly bill of over $900 ( which is up $400 more than last year! )was to be taken out Jan 8th. What a shock to see it was taken out without any warning a full 10 days before it was even due 3 days after Christmas at that. I called Figo and they said well if you pay yearly they take it out 10 days early
Thanks for the warning Figo. 😡 As far as an explanation of why it went up $400 more I was told age was a factor. What a rip off and Figo's way of trying to push older dogs out of their business.
