Telephone call.
I have not had a claim yet.My experience with the telephone rep was great.Heather explained things perfectly. She stayed on the phone while I got the problem solved. I really appreciate when a rep is knowledgable, polite and friendly!

Fetch is a great insurance company
Fetch is a great insurance company. The claim process is relatively easy. Once the claim is approved the refund is deposited quickly into one’s bank account. I highly recommend this company.

Not good
Cost goes up ridiculous amount each year and they seem to always manage to deny services

Dewclaws removal
My cat injured his dewclaws on his foot. He was very very sick. Because it was of the way it was injured a specialist was needed to remove the injured dewclaws. Without Fetch I would have had to take out a loan to pay for it but, thanks to them it was affordable.

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
