Poor Customer Service
The payment process was a mess, Fetch pet charged me twice and did not share the Policy Confirmation, I had to call them and made me wait more than 30 minutes, I used the chat and finally I got someone that helped me reviewing it, however she told me they never received the first payment!! Will have to dispute the first charge they made. I really hope this is the only bad experience I have with them.
