Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

I was satisfied with the assistance from the operator who answered all of my questions and explained things to me in order to make sure I was aware of what I was receiving for my 2 cats.

I needed better pet insurance for my cat which I purchased through Fetch Pet Insurance. The representative I spoke with was Monica. She is very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions clearly & concisely. She was very patient & I did not feel pressured. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Lisa was so helpful with answering my question regarding a claim. I just love Fetch Pet. Claims are processed quickly and I’ve never had an issue. It was also nice talking with Lisa. Very friendly!

Joshua was extremely polite and helpful in explaining everything to me about the insurance coverage for my new baby. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

I started with Fetch in 2018 with our 1st beagle - I had received such wonderful service that it was only natural I use them for our 2nd beagle pup. I have ALWAYS found any representative I dealt with to be very friendly, caring, concerned, professional, competent and willing to take whatever time needed to answer all my questions & concerns and made sure I understood everything before we ended the call. Today was no exception with Kyann. She was friendly and took the time to answer all my ?’s and offered to email additional documentation for future insurance adds. I looked at a lot of insurance companies before I came to Fetch - None compared to Fetch. Fetch would have to change in a dramatic negative way regarding policies and quality of representatives before I would ever consider leaving them.
