FETCH deserves zero stars
FETCH deserves zero stars! We were customers for over a decade and our one claim for our dog's "end of life" care was delayed and denied. Only the offices of Scrooge & Marley would exercise the scruples to separate out "body care" from his final medical procedure to ensure a deductible is not met. Our last bill was $625 and they refused to cover the portion minus the deductible. I guess these soulless beings expected us to leave a decomposing dead body on our living room floor. For a disabled person who lost his Beloved therapy dog, this was the most extreme cruelty. Contrast this with Chewy which immediately refunds your last food purchases and instructs customers to just donate the package to your local rescue shelter rather than returning the product. Again avoid this heartless insurance shark which treats it's most loyal customers with disdain. Given Jet died during "Christmas in July" the greedy corporate executives at Fetch will likely end up being visited by three spirits. For they have forged ponderous chains of money boxes around their waists and will wear them forever unless they change their approach to grieving customers.
