I am writing to share my positive experience with Fetch Pet Insurance. I appreciate how easy it has been to manage my policy changes and how responsive the team is whenever I have questions. While we fortunately haven't needed to use our policy for accidents or illnesses yet, we have found the wellness plans for both of our pets to be very valuable. Additionally, the Fetch pharmacy service has been incredibly helpful; having flea, tick, and heartworm medications shipped directly to my door—with the option to add supplements—is a great convenience. I am very impressed with the comprehensive range of options Fetch provides, from medical coverage and pharmacy services to the new Fetch perks for food and supplies. Aileen was a pleasure to speak with. It was actually my second time visiting with her. She remembered me from a previous call. She is excellent in customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the products and she was one of the reasons I chose Fetch.

This company is the best. Wait times on calls are at a minimum. Claims are turned around and resolved promptly. Honestly? I wish my health insurance was this complete!
