Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Do not open an insurance plan with this company. We are very disappointed with the insurance that you offer. We have had this insurance for over 8 years, not one time did we have to use it. Now that our pet is getting older (10 years) she is now showing Illnesses and we now have additional cost to care for her. This insurance covers per condition, and the deductible starts over again, even if it is in the same calendar year. We totally disagree with this, 80% is covered of your cost. There are other insurance companies that covers 90% of the your cost. It is great when your pet is healthy but when they get older and you have additional cost that is when you find out, what a horrible plan you have. If something happens to our pet, and we decide to have a other pet, we will NEVER, take out an insurance plan with FETCH again!!! Hopefully others will read this and go with other insurance companies.

Vey easy to upload records and invoices. Kept up to date on the status of claims throughout and notified when payments are made. Highly recommend the direct deposit option. The receipt of funds is much faster.

Fast response time, great company to work with if you have pets. Have had no issues.

I just signed up for FETCH insurance for my two Junior cats. At my request a representative phoned me and clarified all of the issues I had. She (Janelle) was most helpful, very knowledgeable, and very efficiently got me signed up for the date I wanted the policies to begin. I look forward to a happy experience with this company.

I was signed up at the Humane Society by one of their reps and they has the date of birth, sex and breed wrong and when the error was corrected they wanted to raise my monthly premiums by over 175%
