Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

I have had PetPlan on my dogs and absolutely wouldn’t do without it. I have recently lost my 15 yr chihuahua who had IVDD and his surgery and all medicals were always covered. Petplan is absolutely wonderful. My 9 yr old Chiweenie is covered by Petplan as well and any claims submitted have always been covered.

We can’t say enough good things about Fetch. Our little guy has been having major health problems since last July, resulting in several hospitalizations and numerous treatments and medications. Fetch had been a godsend for us and we appreciate them so much. Thank you everyone at Fetch.

My three year old dachshund recently suffered a nearly catastrophic injury that resulted in surgery and a very lengthy rehabilitation journey. Without Fetch, I fear I might not have been able to give her every chance at recovery and a full life. My experience filing a claim was easy. They told me everything I would need and kept me informed as to the status of the claim with frequent updates. My claim was paid and the money was deposited in to my account within days

Since PetPlan was bought by the Dodo and now is Fetch, there have been some positive and some negative changes. On the negative side- I used to get right through with PetPlan to talk to a real person. That was amazing and great service. Now, with Fetch, it is very hard to deal with anything that requires communication to the company. On the positive side, we have made two claims and they were both paid much more promptly than used to happen with PetPlan. That was such a nice surprise to see that money back in the bank account within just a few days! One more thing- our plan went up A LOT this last renewal. I don't know how much it would have gone up had it still been PetPlan, but Fetch raised it so much (over 30% in one year!) that we considered dropping it.
