Fraud - Don’t Use

After 5 years of paying premiums, I finally made a claim. They waited weeks before demanding documentation from before I had my dog. I tried reasoning with them, but they are trained to scam you. This is a criminal organization that deliberately defrauds customers. EDIT: RESPONSE- Records were demanded from before the dogs was born. They threatened to and did put the claim on hold without documentation from the year before he was born. Months of back and forth with not a single reasonable or morally decent person at Fetch. I advise everyone to stop throwing their money away and find a pet insurance company that isn’t a total scam.

GREAT ASSISTANCE FROM FETCH

Emi Bradley took the stress I was experiencing trying to get papers and documents I needed. We all seem to be drowning in paperwork but she made the calls and got the results I had not been successful with. She is a real credit to Fetch and was very professional in assisting me. It’s all about customer service and she was tops.

Great Customer Service

I called Fetch today concerning veterinary visits for my cat 🐈‍⬛ Happy. I spoke with Samantha who was awesome with her help. She called two veterinary businesses for me to have records sent to Fetch for reimbursement of some of the bills for me. I am completely surprised and thank Fetch for their great customer service, what a fabulous company!

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
