Fetch | Pet Insurance Review

Fetch insurance has been a lifesaver for me! When my dog fell seriously ill, I was overwhelmed with worry and the financial burden of the hefty vet bills. Thankfully, Fetch stepped in and alleviated both my emotional and financial stress. I’m incredibly grateful I chose Fetch insurance when my dogs were puppies. Their affordable coverage has provided me with peace of mind, especially as my dogs have aged and faced health issues.

Beware of this company they will take more money out of your account than first estimated.. on May 31, they took over $200 out of my account when the original payments are just supposed to be $100. All they want to refund me is only $80. They are quick to take the money out of your account but not refund you. You have to wait over a week to get a refund.. but yet they’re quick to remove the money out of your account. They are just like thieves in the night. I am a single mother with two disabled children on the spectrum. I’m left without money for the money to feed my Daughters. I do not recommend this company to no one. They’re overpriced and as I say, they’ll take as much as I want out of your accounts..

Our German Shepherd Kaiser had one planned surgery, then needed an emergency surgery 24 hours later due to a blood clot. We were thankful to have him covered by Fetch just in case something like this ever happened. The claims process and reimbursement went smoothly. Kaiser is making progress, and we’re happy to have him home again.

Highly recommend! Great customer service, very transparent, fast turn around on claims. They've saved us a lot of money and energy when it comes to doctor/hospital visits. Super grateful for them!

Very easy to use and sign up for. Both our puppies are Fetch babies. Very quick reimbursement.
