Hello, my name is Daniel Perez Sr. I am not a computer savvy kind of person but still always willing to learn, I usually have trouble working with computers, but when I get the kind of service from a representative such as Emily not only was she patient with me and spent well over an hr. trying to help me but was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to while getting my problem solved. I felt no frustrations with me on her part, what I would call nice and highly professional, glad it was her that helped me. This pet insurance is not quite honest. We added on the wellness program for our cat and they do not let you know that you can only put in a claim for the wellness part once a year. This is very important as the cat needed vaccines, teeth cleaning and more. After receiving compensation once, it was evident that they were not going to pay even for a teeth cleaning which was part of the wellness. After calling in inquiring they finally did. This could be a frustrating matter and in the end one could pay more out than just doing an out of pocket.

Joshua Sabado was very informative and was a pleasure to work with. When I was calling to inquire about your insurance, he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Then when I was ready to sign up, he replied back very quickly (within 10-15 minutes) to my email with a call back.
