Consistent with expectations

Thanks, overall very happy. The outcome was consistent with what I expected. The submittal process was a bit cumbersome, and I was solicited for feedback before I got my reimbursement checks. But, I'll renew my policy.

Glad we chose Fetch!

Fetch is the first pet insurance I have ever gotten. It is so easy to file a claim, there is very good communication while it is being processed, and they have been processed quickly and honored as promised. I am very glad we chose Fetch for our doodle!

Claim process was very easy. I had the approval in a few days and the money was in my account the day after the approval. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. It was one less headache I had to deal with while taking care of my dog. Best investment I’ve made

Disappointed

I purchased Fetch at the shelter where I rescued a dog. Got an email saying that I needed to get a first time check up. Pup had some allergies and a burping up of food. By figuring what she was allergic to and a few more trips to the vet Fetch only covered $90 of $ 600. I called in and thankfully the rep was honest with me a told me that pretty much everything with her stomach and allergies would always be consistent pre existing. Only reason why a two star and not one is because of the honesty . I cancelled

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
