I’m new to Fetch after switching from another provider

I am new to Fetch after switching from another company I was unhappy with, it was the best decision I made! The claim submission process is simple and fetch keeps you updated on the process along the way. I have been very pleased with the coverage this far and I believe Fetch covers many things other insurances don’t. My dog recently fractured a tooth and Fetch paid for the full cost minus my co-pay.

I don't like that the soap notes can't…

I don't like that the soap notes can't be directly sent to Fetch. There was a place that refused to give it to me, but would wait for Fetch to contact them. The claims process was good.

I called Fetch to see if a treatment for my dog was covered. Rachel Dillard was a rockstar. She was able to provide information on submitting a claim to confirm that the treatment plan was covered. After we got off the phone, she confirmed information with her supervisor and gave me a call to clarify information. That is OUTSTANDING customer care

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
