Super easy process
Super easy process! Although there was a slight error when PetPlan switched to Fetch (my e-mail address got mixed up w someone else’s), Customer Service was easy to deal with and answered all of my questions! Was able to upload files through the app and got my reimbursement after a few days. I’m glad I have Fetch for my dog. It helped put my mind at ease knowing she was covered after she had bladder stones and a foreign body removal.
