Suggest you get pet insurance from the get go, most companies don’t cover pre-existing condition or charge quite a bit, not exclusive to fetch. Recommend FETCH 100%

I have had my Boxer in for numerous appointments over the past month trying to figure out why she's not feeling well which is costly so I called Fetch just to verify that things would be covered and I was assured they would be but I wasn't confident until I got my first reimbursement then every claim afterwards was reimbursed without hesitation and fast, this is the first time I've needed to use my insurance since taking it out 6 years ago but they certainly stepped up to the plate for me. Thanks Fetch 💕

so far Fetch has been great. the app is easy to use. i do find when wanting to look at the break down for payment can’t seem to open the down loads.

Our pup had to have some x-rays for his leg to find out why he is limping. Fetch was very quick and efficient in reviewing the claim and dispersing the funds. Thank you Great company

This insurance company is bogus. My cat got sick about a month after my coverage started. I had to pay for everything out of pocket and then it took nearly TWO MONTHS to get a response back on the claim. They denied the claim because there wasn’t enough “proof” that my cat was not sick before this visit, even though I had him at the vet 5 months prior to the policy start date and he had a full work up done less than 1 year prior to the start date and was in perfect health. Unreal. They say they cover everything but you need to jump through too many hoops to qualify for the coverage. Even the vet clinic said they couldn’t believe what Fetch was asking me for. And every time I’ve spoken to customer service they have been unhelpful, cold, and downright rude. These people DO NOT care about you or your animal. Please, if you love your pet, trust me and DO NOT go with this insurance company.
