Samantha was incredible! I called in to get some more info about our policy's yearly renewal. She was able to provide such detailed information and helped me understand every aspect of the renewal and changes that came with it. Together we reviewed options for restructuring our policy to better suit my and Stella's needs and looked over a variety of options. She was also able to answer any questions that came up and provided information I didn't even know I needed (but I definitely did!) She was able to speak to all aspects of the price change in a way that was easy to understand and did so in such a pleasant way. Have a call about a pricing review is never an easy call to make but this call was so easy and I honestly just had the best time on this call. It was pleasant, fun, and enjoyable (which as a lot of people know with any company is not an easy feat!) I'll be making sure that any time I call in to Fetch that I ask for Samantha because I know that whatever issue I'm facing or questions I have will end up with a great solution and a pleasant conversation!

The insurance company hard to approve any condition takes several days to approve and poor customer service . I dont recommend to take this policy as pet owner very frustrating.

I signed up with Fetch about a year ago and very impressed. December 2023 I took my two cats for an annual check up and submitted my claim for the first time and I got my money back less than a week later. Highly recommend these guys

Fetch is great with giving updates on claim status. They process claims quickly and answer communications quickly as well. It was such a relief to have Fetch insurance when our dog had an unexpected hospital stay.
