We had to call the insurance to add our new dog as we have our two cats with them already. Amanda was very helpful and gave us the best rate for our 9 years old fur baby. She gave us a good rate as we are an existing client. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. We had fun talking with her as she made things comfortable and easy. I was apprehensive at first as my new fur baby is nine years old and I might not get the best rate for him. But Amanda Mello made all that possible. She was very caring and understood our concerns. Thank you Fetch Pet Insurance for having such a wonderful employee! Dealing with you guys is always easy and stress free. We had been with you for four years now and so far so good, no issues and now, we have added another fur baby! We highly recommend this insurance company, no hassle always stress free! She was just delight to talk with. Very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I have never taken insurance for any of my pets but after a friend of mine spent thousands of dollars I thought it might be a good idea for me to check it out. I did price check on various different companies and Fetch was the best price wise and coverage. And if Amanda was in the Philippines' or some other foreign country I may have re thought my decision. But, she was just wonderful and I believe has a great personality and is a credit to your company. Now I hope that everything that has been said comes to fruition.

Due to hours of the services team who can provide info on claims, Amanda had difficulty supporting. She worked with me over several days trying to get an understanding of previous claims to help determine my package. In the end Mallory was able to assist us.
