Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have been enrolled in Embrace for over 20 months, the premium has increased by at least double. This is my first time submitting a claim, and still pending for over three weeks…

I have been incredibly pleased with my pet insurance. After the initial medical history review, which clearly outlined what would not be covered, I never encountered any issues. The process for medical expense refunds was always straightforward and hassle-free. They never asked unnecessary questions and consistently processed refunds promptly. Even when my beloved dog was old and suffering from congestive heart failure and chronic pancreatitis, requiring frequent treatments from our vet and cardiology specialist, I never experienced any issues with refunds. Their reliability and efficiency provided immense peace of mind during a challenging time. I highly recommend this pet insurance for their exceptional service and support.

I had submitted 2 exact claims for my 2 cats. I received an email saying one was returned. I called and Customer Service and reassured me that the 2nd claim was also being worked on. I got the 1st claim back quickly, the 2nd within 3 days.

I recently transferred a policy from my step daughter over to me when she moved out of the house. It was a bit complicated but everyone I spoke to was super nice and so helpful! Shortly after that, our dog tore his second cruciate ligament and needed a TPLO surgery for a second time. All of his expenses were covered, which made the decision to do a second surgery so much easier. We are so glad to be covered by Embrace and be able to give our dog the care he deserves.

Don’t think it’s worth it. Pay about 900.00 a year and they don’t cover much especially if it’s an older pet. Covering nothing for 2 extractions plus cleaning because it’s a pre existing condition? Really.
