We are extremely disappointed with Embrace’s handling of our claim and will not be recommending this company to anyone. After taking our dog to the vet for an injury to his throat, he was referred for urgent treatment at the ER, which required major draining. Despite this, our claim was denied twice, with Embrace citing a "prior condition." This was not a pre-existing issue, but a new injury that required immediate and critical care. As long-time Geico customers, we expected much better service. The way this claim has been handled has left us frustrated and disillusioned with both Embrace and Geico.
