Got it done in the end
Embrace knew what the precise hold up was whenever I called. The vet's office seemed to be the one that had missed something that Embrace required. The vet's office complained about not having proper contact information at Embrace (email, fax, website, etc.), I don't know if that information is readily apparent on all of the communications that originate with Embrace.
