The initial claim took every bit of 30…
The initial claim took every bit of 30 business days, which seemed a bit long since all documentation was provided the day the claim was submitted. Claim status stated pending medical history for several weeks, which was frustrating since all documentation had been provided and there was not much medical history to review. However, once I received an email stating that the claim had been processed the reimbursement was directly deposited in less than 24 hours.

Amazing speed of claim review and…
Amazing speed of claim review and payment! Embrace is superb pet insurance. Their review process is quick and hassle free. Just the type of service you need when dealing with the stress of a very sick animal. They have earned my permanent business and I will tell everyone I know to switch to Embrace! Bravo!

Our rescue dog became very ill after…
Our rescue dog became very ill after only having her for about 6 weeks. Our daughter, a veterinary technician, recommended we purchase pet insurance and several of her colleagues had purchased Embrace and were very pleased. They have been a lifesaver and have saved us close to $2000! It was very easy to submit a claim and they reimbursed us quickly. I would definitely recommend Embrace pet insurance.

The company was very helpful with my dog's medical issue. They responded quickly to my concerns. They offered a fair insurance payout.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
