Just submitted my first claim
Just submitted my first claim. Was very easy to submit electronically. Pleased with the convenience of being able to submit the claim electronically as soon as we got back from the vet.

A pleasant surprise
I submitted a claim and asked for a portion of it to be a claim amount and the remaining not because I thought it was considered wellness. The review took longer than my others, so I was a little concerned, but when I heard back, the claim amount was increased because more than I anticipated was eligible for claim.
I was surprised and truly appreciate the thorough review and honesty. It makes me feel that Embrace is here to help me and do what is in the best interest for my pet. That hasn’t always been my experience with insurance companies, so it was a pleasant discovery. Thank you for your work and assistance of your customers.

BEST pet insurance around. Love the wellness option! The reimbursement is super fast. The claims process is easy and fast!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
