Extremely happy with Embrace

I bought a policy in 2018 for our new puppy, Helga, and have been very satisfied with it. Sure the premiums increased but all insurance products (auto, home, health) increased. I really like submitting my claims online! So easy and fast. Thank you for all that you do. Sincerely, Wanda F.

It was very easy to submit a claim

It was very easy to submit a claim. Over the past 11 years I have filed claims at least once a year and I have never had any issues filing a claim. I usually get a response within a day or two at the most, and I am reimbursed what I am due within a week.

Pet Insurance Is A Scam

We've been members with Embrace for nearly 7 years. We went from paying ~$30/mo. to now ~$190/mo. for our Great Dane. In the past 7 years of her life, we have paid 80% more in insurance for her than we have for her standard vet bills. While I understand we are lucky our dog has been healthy - not covering or having to pay additional for wellness is absurd. Rather if we put that $200/mo. into a savings account each month for the course of our dogs life, we would have both the funds to pay for their vet coverage AND potentially have left over at the end of its life. What is truly sad is that in the US where hundreds of thousands of animals are euthanized each year, affordable insurance and pet care is dwindling more and more. I cannot in good faith recommend Embrace to anyone and will also be contacting USAA about the scam of a partnership.

Very Helpful

When I contacted them to let them know our pet had passed and we no longer needed the policy, the woman on the phone was kind and very helpful in canceling the policy.
