For years I had no trust in pet insurance. It was too new and from everything I had heard from pet owners I knew who had insurance of any kind they always said it never paid properly. Well, I submitted my first claim and was very pleasently surpised when in fact my claim was not only received and responded to in a very timely manner but Embrace paid off every penny I was owed back in an extremely timely manner as well.
