Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Very impressed how quickly they processed my claims. One of my dogs got sick and underwent expensive tests. My claims were paid right away which helped enormously given the stress of having a sick pet, this was one less thing to worry about.

I have had them since my old man was 6 months old and they are excellent! I recommend them all the time! Finally having to use it now, sadly, but they have been super kind during my guy's treatment, and they review and pay quickly, which is so helpful when you are paying large amounts for cancer treatment! This company is great. It doesn’t take long to get reimbursed. They check all your documents and make sure everything is right. I already recommended them to several people

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This company is unethical. They will oversell you on more policy than you need, and not tell you how strict they are on claims. They tried to charge me more after i paod the policy in full, based on their reviews of vet records, because of dog breed (my dogs are mixes), and the list goes on... Very poor customer service when you call. You can't change payment method online. When I called to cancel my policies (yes, 2 - one for each dog), I told the agent that I needed to update my credit card, due to the number changing. They said, sure customer support can help you. Then customer support told me I could not change the card when the policy was already canceled (2 minutes before via phone with their agent), They refused to give me my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is my first pet insured with Embrace. I had coverage since February 2025 and everything has been great. Fast and easy to submit a claim and prompt customer service. Happy with my experience so far.
