Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog, Daisy, was diagnosed with the start of a herniated disc in her back after her normal vet sent her to a specialist. The poor thing was in such pain, and the comfort I felt knowing she has Embrace took all of the normal stress that I used to feel with my other dog who didn't have insurance away. Just hearing the word "specialist" makes you cling to your purse a little tighter because you know it's gonna cost a fortune. Not only did Embrace reimburse my payment to the specialist, but also to her regular vet without a problem. It was directly deposited into my account within 24 hours of approval! It looks like we caught the problem before she needed surgery (She's mostly crated through the day, I carry her up & down stairs) but I know that even if she did need an operation, the cost would be the least of my stress thanks to Embrace.

Good things only need a few words...In the case of Embrace the only word I can find is TERRIFIC !!!!

I am generally pleased. Most claims are covered. The staff are particularly good at providing prompt acknowledgement of a claim receipt and in providing status updates. Payments are usually very prompt once a determination has been made as to what is covered. All the emails I have received have been very courteously written in addition to being informative of status or request for more info. My one frustration is that I have had to go back to the vet to ge more documentation when I thought the invoice, or what the vet office wrote on the claim might have been sufficient.

This isurance has been a life saver. I have had to us it alot and they alway come through, with out any problems. I am so glad I went with Embrace. Can thank You enough.

Embrace is great at processing claims and has a quick turn around. My recent wellness claim was submitted, approved and I should receive my check, all within a 7-10 day period! In order to have this expedited process you are required to submit, to my knowledge for all claims, a claim form that is unique to your pet. You can't just print a generic one like in the past and fill in your pet's information. You do have to go the website to print one. But it is not the end of the world for the extra step, because my refund should arrive to me shortly.
