Great customer service
I have filed multiple claims with Embrace for my mischievous little dog and overall, it's been a great experience. The claims process is simple and Embrace staff is very responsive. They always send prompt emailed receipt confirmations, status updates, and even simple assurances that a claim is still in process if it's taking slightly longer than usual. Which has only happened once - and even then, everything was settled within one month. To be fair, it's the only pet insurance company I've used, but I haven't considered switching. I would recommend Embrace to anybody interested in pet insurance.
