Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We are moving into our 3rd year with embrace. I tell pet owners all the time about this very responsive and professional company. Keep up the excellent customer service. We will be adding another cat to our policy in the next two months.

Claim process is more burdensome than other agencies, less is covered and cost is high. Payment is quick when (and IF) claim is approved and processed

We selected Embrace insurance for our little golden retriever mix puppy, Emma. That was 5 years ago. During that entire time, we never had a reason to use the insurance we had purchased for her. Recently, Emma's life was abruptly cut short due to complications from canine lukemia. In an effort to save her we racked up over $2000 in emergency vet and testing bills. At the time, we were not thinking of the cost, just saving Emma if we could. Afterwards however, it began to sink in how much we had extended ourselves and all we could do is hope that the Embrace pet insurance would honor the coverage we had for her. They did, and made a very sad and stressful situation much less stressful. We dearly miss Emma. Thank you Embrace for being there for us as you promised you would be.

LOVING THAT WE GOT INSURANCE for my 7 month old Boxer! Brady decided that it was a great idea to eat part of my tempur petic bed topper which ended us at the vet. 385 dollars later we found out he was fine! We were able to get 308 back from this vist ! without embrace i would be a really really pour grad student !

Words cannot really express how grateful I am to have chosen Embrace. I am a first time dog owner and did a great deal of research in order to choose the best pet insurance on the market. I am 100% confident my research paid off. My experience with Embrace has been truly exceptional. The customer service is superb, the claims are processed very efficiently and everyone I have dealt with at the company has been terrific. I just recently experienced a truly traumatic situation in which my 3 year old pup was diagnosed with kidney failure and required extended hospitalization in order for her to survive. The folks at Embrace were very sympathetic and kind and processed my claims extremely quickly - no questions asked. They also took the time to answer any and all questions and kept me informed of when my claims were received and processed all along the way. Embrace is a shining example of what all companies should aspire to. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Embrace to any pet owner.
