Outstanding!

I have not been treated so well in as far back as I can remember and I am nearly 55.Very caring representatives, responsive customer service, tremendous follow through and follow up. Embrace does just what they say they will do. I am very impressed and so appreciative.

Great Service

This is a company concerned with customer care and service. Because they were running a little behind (or slower than normal), they kept me apprised by letting me know my claim was not forgotten. That made me very happy instead of wondering and having to "bug" them for a status. I am very happy with Embrace and have recommended them to friends and family.

Quick, friendly customer service

I am so glad that we have our dogs insured with Embrace. This is my first experience with pet insurance, and the customer service has been amazing!! I really feel like the people working on my claims care about my dogs. Additionally, my claims have been processed so quickly, and I really have nothing bad to say about Embrace. If you are looking for pet insurance, this is a great place to stop (and stay).

Peace of mind

When we rescued our very hyper,happy,clown of a YORKIE we figured this would be the dog that would really need some insurance. Boy were we right. Within a couple months he broke the growth plate in a hind leg (now all better). He has had a corneal scratch, a foreign body lodged in his mouth and I'm sure there will be more to come due to his feisty personality. With EMBRACE we have "peace of mind" knowing that we will be able to afford the care to keep our beloved FINLEY with us for many years to come. He is only 2 years old now and has many more years of potential problems ahead. I pray we won't need Embrace for any catastrophe...but if the unthinbkable happens, we are prepared!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
