Excellent service re: claim for my service dog
I recently found out that my service dog has a heart problem and sent in a claim for the visit with the cardiologist. I received my explaination of benefits quickly despite the 4th of July holiday and understand that my check was sent the same day. I've had Embrace insurance since 2008 and had some difficulties with earlier claims (new company with expanding claims department) but this one went just as it should have and when the cardiologist recommended some additional testing, I was pleased to be able to tell them to go ahead, knowing that I had insurance to help cover those costs!
