You are the Best

We have have pet insurance with you for about 5yrs now and you have never hesitsted to pay a claim the we submitted. You pay quickly...better than our wn people insurance does. From day 1...5 years ago when Storm had that horrible injury you have stood bt us and for that we will ever be greatful. when anyone gets a new pup we say chrck with Embrace...you will never be sorry. Thanks..again!!!

Very quick and efficient

My cat had what's called "entropion" (her eyelashes were growing in instead of out scratching her cornea) which required surgery to both eyes at the cost of 1,300+. I faxed a claim and within 1-2 business days I received an email saying the claim was received and some seven days later I received the reimbursement. I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace in the six or so years I've been with them and the claims I've filed for three cats. No run around and no delays, always got the check within two weeks. Just like they tell you.

Wonderful First Experience

After going back and forth whether to purchase pet insurance, I am happy I did! Customer service has been responsive and prompt and this insurance coverage is totally transparent. There are no secret charges or suprises! Thanks Embrace!!!

They worked with me when I dropped the ball

I generated an online quote with the coverages I was comfortable with. After a couple of e-mail exchanges to answer some of my concerns, I purchase the policy online, no problems. When I submitted my first claim weeks later, I got an e-mail back saying that the procedure wasn't covered! It turns out I made a critical error when selecting coverages online. Out of luck? Not at all. They looked past my bumbling and offered to reformulate my policy to what I had intended it to be, and made it retroactive. Not only that, they applied a discount I had not previously known about, so my monthly premium dropped a few bucks. Bottom line, great customer service. Hopefully the claims process is as impressive.

Peace of mind

I purchased Embrace pet insurance for the peace of mind that I have protection on both of my dogs in case of emergencies. Thankfully, they have not had any injuries, but the wellness benefit we receive has made purchasing insurance more affordable. I receive immediate responses to my claims and it is very easy for me track my claims. I really like Ebrace's customer service.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
